Security & Grounds Supervisor

TITLE:            SECURITY AND GROUNDS

RESPONSIBLE TO:    PRINCIPAL OR PRINCIPAL'S DESIGNATE

ROLE:            To supervise students inside the school building and outside on the school grounds.

Responsibilities:

•    Provide supervision for students for such times as required and indicated by the principal;

•    Provide bus supervision of students during bus arrivals and departures;

•    Provide outside ground student supervision of building, parking lot(s) and bus area during designated hours of work in the school day;

•    Provide inside student supervision of washrooms, hallways, and entrances during designated hours of work in the school day;

•    Clearing of tables, wiping and sweeping of floors after lunch break;

•    Report to the principal or designate any problem that might occur during supervision times;

•    Perform any duties which would be performed by a lunch/bus/ground supervisor with regards to their job description;

•    Other related duties as assigned.
