Dear Parents/ Guardians,

         Welcome to the 2012-2013 school year. I hope everyone has had an enjoyable vacation together. I am very happy to be back at school with the children and staff. 

         I extend a sincere welcome to the students and families who are new to our school this year. A special welcome to our new primaries: this will be an exciting year for them! The staff will make sure that they have all the help they need to make this transition a very positive experience.

          I look forward to working to make positive gains for our community school, both academically and in the physical structure. Your high level of commitment and cooperation made for a very successful 2011-2012 school year and I anticipate the same for the upcoming school year.

          I ask for your continued support this year to work together to ensure that our students, your children, develop to their full potential academically, physically and socially. Strong work ethic and positive attitudes will be developed to help our students in the future. By working together- staff, students and parents, I know that we will have a very productive and positive school year!

          Please feel free to contact your child’s teacher or myself at any time to discuss your questions, concerns or suggestions. I am a strong believer in open and honest communication. The staff at Marion Bridge School will assist you in any way to benefit our children. I am truly looking forward to the 2012-2013 school year!
