Standards of Dress

Students are required to dress in a dignified and appropriate manner. In general, clothing must be modest.

• hiking or walking shorts are allowed
• skirts or shorts must be at least mid-thigh in length
• t-shirts and blouses must provide adequate coverage
• low rider jeans must be appropriate in rise
• exposure to midriffs must be appropriate
• undergarments must be worn at all times

• tube tops, tank tops, spaghetti-straps, mini skirts, PJ pants
• clothing that implies or suggests violence
• clothing with obscene language or pictures
• caps and hats are not permitted in classrooms
