  EDITOR'S NOTE: My very favorite topic!

  1) Have the kids each make a happy face and cut them out to use
  as border...
 
  2) Also a bulletin board...Something to Smile About

  3) Write about things that make us smile

  4) Write a class recipe for a Happy Face

  5) List some things as a class that you can do to make
  others happy

  6) Words that make us smile ( giggle, ice cream party ~)

  7) Take the word smile and write it down the side of a page
  and for each letter write some things that make you smile

     Example:

          S - silly stuff
          M - me
          I - iggy wiggy piggy stuff
          L - love
          E - everything silly
