Atlantic Unbound Poetry Pages: Great site!! Very useful for research, essays, projects, etc. Click on ATLANTIC MONTHLY POETRY ON LINE for some great modern poetry

Yahoo's Poetry Index: GREAT SITE . One of the best on the web. This site includes a search engine and an extensive list of poetry related sites. A must visit.

The League Of Canadian Poets: A good site to view the works of published, practicing and up and coming Canadian poets.

Poetry Links: This site is offered as a public service to poets and lovers of poetry. An extensive collection of poetry links that are continually updated. The author's goal is to help make the internet a more useful place for poets and lovers of poetry. Here you will find links to poets working all over the world and in all ranges of craft and styles.

Resources For Poets: A must visit . Articles, workshops, essays, on line archives, etc.

Columbia University Project Bartleby: One of the more useful poetry sites on the web. A MUST VISIT. This site includes a search engine and many of the links provide audio as well as text.

Poetic Terms, Figures of Speech, and Sound Devices: This Canadian site contains a glossary of poetic terms and it also provides examples.

Poetic Meter and Rhythm: This is often boring; however, we sometimes need to understand the mechanics of a poem. This site provides good explanations and examples.

A Semantic Rhyming Dictionary: AT A LOSS FOR WORDS? Plug your word into this site's semantic rhyming dictionary -- the results can only be exceeded by your endless imagination!!
