CLD CONFERENCE - 2009 The Centre for Leadership Development Annual Conference was held April 30 and May 1 at the Delta, Sydney. The theme of this year’s conference was “Let’s Work Together”. The keynote speakers were: Honourable Mayann E. Francis, Lieutenant Governor of NS, Robert Wright, Executive Director of the Child and Youth Strategy of Nova Scotia and Gerry Dee, Teacher and comedian. Robert Wright’s role is to coordinate the efforts of five (5) key government departments as they work together to improve services to and outcomes of children and youth.
