The following information regarding Teacher Assistant vacancies is being forwarded for the Teacher Assistants assigned to your school/building.  Please note that there will be one Voluntary Transfer list and that if you apply for a position you will not have the opportunity to decline, the positions will be granted according to seniority and qualifications. There are no fall down positions available from the voluntary transfer process.  DISPLACED EMPLOYEES MUST APPLY FOR POSITIONS.  CASUAL EMPLOYEES ARE NOT ABLE TO APPLY THROUGH THIS PROCESS.

All Teacher Assistants assigned to your school building are to be informed of these reassignments so that they will have the opportunity to apply.

A FULLY COMPLETED updated Voluntary Transfer form (attached) is required for those Teacher Assistants requesting a change in assignment within their region.
