The meeting began with enquiries by Commissioner Steve Parsons regarding Teacher Assistant staffing. The third piece of correspondence which was received was from Ms. Liz MacDonald, President of CUPE Local 5050. The union is requesting that a Board/CUPE committee be established with similar parameters of that which presently exists with the Board/NSTU committee.
